Who this site is

This site is operated by Joseph San Nicolas (Roblox username: deathtothestadium) as a personal portfolio, tutoring service, and storefront for Roblox development work. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox Corporation, see the Disclaimers page for details.

Services

Booking a tutoring session, consultation, or contract project through this site does not create any ongoing obligation beyond the specific service booked. Custom project work (scripts, models, builds, etc.) will be scoped and agreed upon before payment is finalized.

Payment

Payments are handled by third-party processors (Stripe and/or Cash App Pay). By submitting payment, you agree to those processors' own terms as well. See the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
• Submit false or misleading information through the booking form
• Use the site's tools (the model viewer, script viewer, etc.) to upload or process content you don't have the right to use

Intellectual property

Code, tools, and written content on this site belong to the site owner unless otherwise noted. Purchased assets, scripts, or custom work come with whatever usage rights are agreed to at the time of purchase.

No warranty

This site and its tools are provided "as is." While reasonable care is taken to keep everything working, no guarantee is made that the site, its tools, or any delivered work will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its services.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
