UnofficialRobloxTutor.com ("this site," "we," "us") is operated by Joseph San Nicolas. This policy explains what information is collected when you use this site and how it's handled.

What we collect

• Booking information: if you submit the booking form, we collect your name, email address, the service selected, and any notes you provide, in order to schedule and fulfill your booking.
• Newsletter: if you subscribe via the footer signup form, we collect your email address to send occasional updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you immediately.
• Reviews: if you leave a review on a purchased item, we collect your name, email (used only to verify you actually purchased the item, never shown publicly), rating, and review text. Your name and review text are shown publicly if approved.
• Contact information: if you reach out via email or Discord, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that message.
• Payment information: payments are processed by third-party processors (Stripe and/or Cash App Pay). We do not receive or store your full card number or banking details, that information goes directly to the payment processor under its own privacy policy. If you're offered a "first hours free" promotion, Stripe securely saves your payment method on our behalf so you're not charged unless you book beyond the free amount, we never see or store the card details ourselves.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small first-party session cookie (named sid) to recognize you across pages during a single visit, for basic functionality like remembering your session and, for paid bookings, connecting a payment back to the visit that led to it. It's not readable by JavaScript, expires automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity, and isn't shared with any advertiser or third party.

We also run first-party analytics on our own server: which pages are visited, which buttons/links are clicked, and approximate click positions on the page, to understand how the site is used. This data is tied to a temporary session identifier, not to your name or email unless you separately submit a form.

To show approximate visitor country statistics, your IP address is sent to a third-party lookup service (ipwho.is) to resolve a country; the IP itself is never stored by us or shared further, only the resulting country name/code is kept.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, ad-network tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking. Nothing here is sold or shared with advertisers. YouTube videos on this site are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which does not set tracking cookies unless you actually press play.

How we use it

Information collected through the booking form is used only to schedule, deliver, and communicate about the service you requested. We don't sell or rent your information to third parties.

Third-party services

This site pulls publicly available data from Roblox's official APIs and the Roblox DevForum (for the portfolio, games, and devforum-posts sections), that's public data about the site owner's own Roblox account, not data collected about visitors.

Data retention

Booking records are kept as long as necessary to fulfill the service and for basic business recordkeeping. You can request that your information be deleted by contacting us directly.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
