If project scope changes significantly after work begins, we'll discuss and adjust the quote accordingly. Changes must be approved before implementation.
If you pay manually (Cash App, Bitcoin, Bank Transfer, etc.) and do NOT provide your Discord username, email, or other identifying information in the payment note/memo, I will not be able to match your payment to your booking request.
In this case, you will automatically receive a full refund within 5-10 business days, and your booking will not be confirmed.

If I receive a payment but cannot identify who sent it (no Discord, email, or name provided), I will:

Stripe payments are automatically processed and verified. Refunds (if approved) are issued automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
You'll receive an email confirmation when a refund is issued. Check your bank or payment app for the credit to appear.
If you have a dispute about a charge or refund, contact me first. If we cannot resolve it, you may file a dispute with your payment processor (bank, Stripe, PayPal, etc.). I comply with all payment processor dispute resolution processes.
