Proposed changes
Changes to a shared draft stay outside it until both of you approve the same proposal. Make one by editing in the Draft view and choosing Submit proposal.
This negotiation
Only the two named people can open a shared draft, after signing in with the email address it was shared with. When the site's email is set up they are told about shares, proposals and agreement.
Voice proposals
Record up to 90 seconds, preview it, then share it. Your AI can read the audio through MCP; the transcript is optional and written by you.
AI reviewer
Every proposal already gets an automatic check. You can also have your own connected AI review each new proposal for you, and you can both connect an AI and let them write terms: their proposals still need both of you to read and approve on this site. An AI's review is advice only. It is private to you until you share it, and an AI can never vote, approve or sign.
Your assistant picks these up when it calls contract_list_pending_reviews (ask it to "check my contracts"), then adds its review here.
Connect your personal AI
Connect an MCP-compatible assistant to this site's /mcp endpoint. Each person uses their own connection. A contract-only token can read the drafts and voice notes you can open, write terms and review proposals; people vote and sign on this site. The site's existing AI plan requirements apply.
